VILTROX offers a 30-Day warranty and 1-Year limited warranty for all products manufactured and sold by VILTROX. Warranty begins when from the date of purchase. The above warranties cover only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than VILTROX or a VILTROX authorized third-party service provider. VILTROX reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts.

30-Day Return:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a VILTROX product you are able to return it within 30-Days from the purchase day to get a full refund on your purchase.

If you receive a defective product or the product becomes defective under normal use, within 30-Days of the purchase date, you are able to send your product to one of our warehouses for repair or a replacement unit (depending on status of defective unit) will be shipped to you. All shipping costs will be covered.

1-Year Limited Warranty:

If a product becomes defective under normal use, beyond 30-Days but within 1-Year from the purchase date, you are able to send your product to one of our warehouses for repair or a replacement unit (depending on status of defective unit) will be shipped to you.

Shipping cost for product to warehouse must be paid by customer. Shipping cost for repaired unit/replacement unit to the customer will be covered.

Expired Warranty:

If after one year, from your purchase date, your unit becomes defective you are able to send your product to one of our warehouses for repair or a replacement unit  (depending on status of defective unit) after payment for shipping cost and service fee.

Shipping cost for repaired unit/replacement unit to the customer will be covered.
