Viltrox AF 16mm F1.8 Full-Frame Lens for Nikon Z-Mount

I was surprised by the excellent sharpness and contrast transfer, as well as the robust construction, unfortunately leading to a higher weight. Compared to the Nikon F 20 mm, the Viltrox is optically better. I like the function buttons (one of them programmable) and the ability to use circular filters. The larger vignetting (acceptable for this focal length) can be easily removed in NX Studio. The firmware upgrade via USB was very fast. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful when upgrading the firmware via the Viltrox application. I did not try the option to calibrate the focus distance, but it may be beneficial. I recommend that the manufacturer create a better manual that also describes the Viltrox application. Like most other photographers, I would appreciate the ability to adjust the brightness of the display. It shines too much at night. The price of the lens is excellent considering its quality. I definitely recommend buying the lens.

Ottima lente, pesa la metà del mio precedente grandangolo 16, non devo più usare l'anello adattatore per Nikon Z. Inoltre, a differenza di quasi tutte le altre lenti della categoria, posso montare normali filtri da 77. Non ci sono distorsioni o effetti fish eye. Per ora ottimo conquisto.
